I am Bhumika Vithalani, an experienced professional with over 13 years of diverse expertise across business management, sales, and education. I hold an MBA in Marketing and have worked in dynamic sectors including real estate, retail, and entrepreneurship, both in India and the UAE.

My journey began with a decade-long leadership role in Dubai’s real estate sector, where I specialized in business development and sales. I later founded and led two ventures, including Growme Nurture who makes families! a family-centric brand, and now Growme Career Counselling, my current endeavor. These experiences have shaped my ability to understand people, drive growth, and create impact-driven solutions.

With a strong foundation in interpersonal communication, life skills, and strategic planning, I’ve naturally evolved into the career counseling space, where I empower students and professionals to find clarity, direction, and success in their career paths.
